Is Jeuveau safe?

Jeuveau has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the temporary improvement of moderate to severe wrinkles in the forehead and around the eyes in adults. Like all medications, Jeuveau has the potential for side effects, although most people do not experience any. The most common side effects of Jeuveau are injection site reactions, such as pain, swelling, redness, and itching. These reactions are typically mild and resolve on their own within a few days. Other possible side effects of Jeuveau include headache, nausea, and flu-like symptoms.

It is important to note that Jeuveau should be used only under the supervision of a qualified healthcare provider, who will determine if the treatment is appropriate for you and will provide you with the necessary instructions for use. You should also tell your healthcare provider about any allergies you have or any medications you are taking, as Jeuveau may not be suitable for everyone.

Dermal fillers are also considered effective, and the results last longer than results from Botox overall. Still, results differ depending on the exact type of filler you choose. Like Botox, you'll need maintenance treatments once the fillers wear off.
